Basic Information

The fee for taking the NCLEX exam is currently at $200.00. There is an additional $150.00 international fee for taking the exam outside the United States. A Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable may be assessed and all these fees will be charged at the time of scheduling the exam

Registration for the NCLEX exam can be done by visiting http://www.pearsonvue.com/nclex/. The registration is valid for at least 365 days while the board of nursing reviews the candidates eligibility. See below for the basic registration process.

Registration Process Overview

Submit an application for licensure to the board of nursing of your choice.In other words, choose the State where you wish to be licensed.
NOTE: Changing the board of nursing licensure will result in a $50.00 fee.
Make sure you meet the board of nursing’s eligibility requirements to take the NCLEX exam
Register for the NCLEX exam with Pearson VUE.
The board of nursing of your choice will make you, the candidate, eligible to take the NCLEX.
An Authorization to Test (ATT) should be received from Pearson VUE.

At the time of registration, one can provide an email address which will be used by Pearson VUE for correspondence. If no email is provided, all correspondence from Pearson VUE will arrive ONLY via U.S. mail.

If more than two weeks have passed after registering for an NCLEX examination and receiving a confirmation from Pearson VUE, and you have not received an ATT, contact Pearson VUE.

NCLEX Results

Unfortunately, the Philipipne Board of Nursing does not participate in the Quick Results Service that enable test takers to avail of results online within a couple of days.
